Transparent Property Management Pricing

Our Pricing Structure

Monthly Management Fee
We charge 6%–8% of the monthly rent collected, depending on the size and scope of your portfolio. This covers the full-service management of your property, including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.

Leasing Fee
When we place a new tenant, we charge 50% of one month’s rent. This includes marketing, showings, tenant screening, and lease preparation to ensure you get a qualified, long-term resident.

Lease Renewal Fee
For lease renewals, we charge a flat $199 fee to handle negotiations, documentation, and execution of the new lease agreement.
